1. Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and are processing it.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM GMT will be processed the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Bank holidays.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: Free UK SHIPPING on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. Sometimes Royal mail takes 6-7 working days (excluding weekend & bank holidays) to get deliver the order.
- Next Day Delivery: Available for a flat rate of £8.99. Orders must be placed by 2 PM GMT to qualify for next day delivery.
3. International Shipping
- We DO NOT offer International Shipping. We only do ship within the United Kingdom.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: CellJoy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory reasons. Any such restrictions will be noted on the product page.
7. Delays
- While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, occasionally there may be delays due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays.
