1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:

must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items
must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition
that you received them.
- Proof
of purchase or order number is required for all returns.

on sale or clearance
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact
our customer service team at support@celljoy.co.uk to request a return
authorization.
- Once
your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping
address.
- Pack
the item securely in its original packaging, and include your proof of
purchase or order number.
- Ship
the item to the provided address.
Return Shipping:
- You
will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning
your item.
- Shipping
costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return
shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2. Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item
you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new
item.
3. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your
return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the
refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please
note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process
and post the refund.
